Express Shipping: If you need your order faster, we offer an express shipping option that delivers within 2-3 business days. The cost for express shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the size and weight of your package and your location.

Free Shipping: For qualifying orders over a certain amount, we offer free standard shipping. The minimum purchase amount for free shipping is $100.

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from the day they are received (M-F). Orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the next business day. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Restrictions: We ship globally, with the exception of warzone territories and North Korea.

Delivery Issues: If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer support team upon receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. In the rare event of a lost package, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to locate or replace your order.
