Shipping Methods and Rates - We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs:
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 5-7 business days to deliver your order. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your package and your location. You can find the exact shipping cost at the checkout page before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping: For qualifying orders over a certain amount, we offer free standard shipping. The minimum purchase amount for free shipping is $100.
Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the day they are received (M-F). Orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the next business day. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Please note that we may experience slight delays in shipping around releases of new inventory due to greatly increased order volume.
Shipping Restrictions: We ship worldwide with the exception of North Korea and active warzones. Fragrances are available for international delivery but may be subject to certain shipping restrictions. If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us for assistance. All other items are eligible for global shipping without restriction.
Delivery Issues: If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer support team upon receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. In the rare event of a lost package, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to locate or replace your order.
Incorrect Address: Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up-to-date. If you discover you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If we receive your contact in time, we can either correct the shipping address or cancel the order. In the event that an order is shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer, we cannot be held liable. It is imperative that customers review their shipping information carefully before finalizing their order to avoid any potential delays or misdeliveries.
